Army life is like a unpredictable school life
Everyday we woke up in the cold

for exercise at the parade square

or sometimes to kill the visiting bees

in our bunk

There are often lectures, talks and courses,

but sometimes they really need better presenters or speakers.

And then for physical trainings,

there will be strength training, speed training, combat training, agility training etc
that makes Army a little similar to our usual online RPG game.

For tough times,

we just had to bite our teeths and endure towards the finishing line,

and for slackful times,

we laugh, sing, read, chit chat and even nap till the next fall-in time.

So far so Good

I remembered while i was still in Wuhan having Grp msn session with fiona, wt and ky.. they told me that they found a successor for me...

After i went back to attend the FOC exco meeting, wei ting tap on my shoulder and reminded me again abt the "successor" conversation while you were showing the proposal..... and indeed, i think you are really good with your presentation and so on... HAHAHA!

十二段路程

六所小学加上六所中学
这五个月来
我度过了12个露营

虽然总共赚的薪资就只有别人一个月的薪水
但我
学了很多的
尝试了不少
也认识了
近三十多位新同事
接触了十几名好老师
陪伴了近两百名学生
度过了这漫长的悠闲假日

当我从第十二个露营走出来时
脑海里就只浮现这么一句经典的话
“结束了，一切都结束了”

也许这就是我尝试当老师的短暂体验吧

虽然我的语言不好，耐心悠闲，容易紧张，不擅长共通
但... 人的梦想就是该尽全力完成的，不是吗？
我也想试试看...真的...

真的，就让这一切从结束到开始吧...

The twelve Paths

Six Primary and Six Secondary school

From February till June,

i had done twelve camps so far

Although the total amt of salary i have earned in these five months

is just equivalent to ONE month salary of my other same age friends

But i do believe i had learnt plenty from this "unique" freelancing job...

Reasons are,

it gave me a chance to try out many methods and ways i haven done so in NPCC or Poly

And also a wonderful chance working with thirty over colleagues

several interesting teachers

and about 200 students of age 10 to 15.

Thus It was definitely a cool experience during the long holidays.

I remembered right after exiting my "finale" camp this week,

a familiar sentence from Channel 8 tv drama soon came into my mind,

"It's over, everything is finally over."

a trial experience as a teacher i must say

Though i wasnt good enough with my languages, patience, communication and would freak out easily

but i guess to be a teacher is still my dream so i would try my very best to reach the goal i had set for since ten years ago...

So.. ya, i would really hope to try and reach there...

so let everything begins from each ending...

We were born when it is time.. then we went kindergarten, primary, secondary and poly or jc or ite.. these stages came in a flow.. and for guys, we have NS right after...

but strangely enough, wad is our path after NS? Further our studies? change our tracks? or enter the society and starts feeding our families? Erm, i know it's quite weird to write something here when it shd be the time to study for my last paper of Poly life...

Things@Wuhan Part 1: Ka Pui Culture

Keywords of the day: Landmines and Missiles

A common sight in China... Gorororooooo .....puii!

Chinese people here like to ka pui anyhow on the street... Got 2 friends kana their missiles already... And you can easily find landmines all over the floors! Especially on bridges, you can find little wet spot or white juices almost every 2 cm apart....

Now eddie likes to imitate the Gorororooroooo pui sound... and everytime he or some other locals make that sound, jasmine sim will RUN FAR FAR AWAY! And Bean will start cursing! =D HAHAHAAH!

Even though government request locals to act more gentlemanly. but it seems... nothing changes at all..

So,.. when you come china. Dun be too amazed by their Ka pui Culture... though it is 100times worst than singapore, but... just be careful can liaoz... =D

Weird Dreams Part I:

Few weeks ago...

I dreamed of 3 scenes~

A: I was on a train going to somewhere, there is a giant supermarket inside the train! then i was busying choosing which can drink to buy... Suddenly, kay yong and fiona dashed in and in the next moment, three of us went out of the supermarket for no reason... LOL!

B: The exco people were all around the passenger cabin... somehow in a train that looks more normal than the previous one... The train reaches the station, then alicia forgot her purple colour big handbag, i saw it, help her take then play throwing game with her.... LOL!!!!! LAME!

C: me and fiona left the rest, because we were going back to npcc to retake CI course.... !!!! SCARY~~!

Weird Dreams Part II:

Had this dream while i was taking afternoon nap just now...

A: I was working in a shop selling Chinese offering.. was drawing some words then something explode, blood or red paint splashes around. An old uncle (should be my boss) got pissed off then we died! HAHAHAHA!

B: The exco were at the beach, then the campers were on a large green field opposite... some guys were arguing on the speakers... then suddenly they shouted lets fight... our enemies (those opposite us) split out and start to attack us with catapults, loaded with large water bombs! I shouted "CATAPULT" upon seeing isaac triggering the catapult.... Large water bombs start raining upon us, one of our strawhut (long and large) got destroyed... unknown people started running... We got into another sheltered area, matthew han got hit by one of the water bomb, then he is dying... the end of story! LOL LOL LOL!

The last K-Session before a waiting period of 4 to 5 months for another one....

Stomach dont feel right after drinking the coconut milk shake... No mood to sing...

only figure out to be Appendicitis (Mang Chang Yan) two days later in TTS.

But it is weird, i can still eat Curry Chicken Noodle in 313 with Jun xian the day before admitting to TTS. Didnt dare to tell the doc i ate curry chicken...hahaha...

12 March

Past midnight, went to Thomson Med Centre, then TTS. The doctor at A&E poke more than 7 holes on my both arms before managing to find the right spot to draw my blood.

The funny thing is.. while i am lying there, i heard the song" Stand by me" from outside, someone phone rung... hahaha... How sweet...

And thanks goodness no one came to visit and see the CUI face of mine... hahaha... felt bad to chase them away... but TOO BAD!!! ^_^ Hehe

Hospital food isnt nice at all...

But the nurses and doctors... is..... HOHOHO...

Government hospital not bad la...

But still very exp... 2 days 1 operation, after subsidy still Thousand plus dollars.... T_T

Escape theme Park isnt really that cool la. But thanks goodness they are having 9th Year old birthday discount of $9 per ticket (usual: $17.70) So it did worth the value to go there.

1st station, Go Kart! ^_^

Brandon won the race by overtaking YeeWei during the third round.

Then we played haunted house, pirate ship, a very boring mini roller coaster and the flying man thing. We decided to go back there after lunch for wet games.... but~ hahaha it rains

For lunch, we went Just Acia to eat. Ate the same spicy chicken set again, plus 6 cups of ice-cream =D
Since it is raining, we changed to arcade to play, then saw this sign on one of the machine. Pay $15 to "win" a softtoy... Marketing Concept... "Value"

yeah, somehow we managed to survive the 2 days of shooting video.

Firsty, Big Thanks to Shawn Siau helping in our production. Really very sorry for making you stay till so late even though you have to rush off to Mad's Birthday. Hope you had fun during the filming, we will show you the final piece asap, and nominate you for golden horse award 2010.

And doreen, =D read your blog, thanks for helping in our production too! Actually you look very nice in that dress, it is just that for most of us, it is the 1st time seeing you in that. ^_^ even Vernicia said "if you wear that dress come school, sure got alot people nose bleed on the bus". Sorry for holding you back till so late as well even knowing you have camp the very next day. Big Thanks!

Everyone should have their own world... you can do wat ever you like, say wat ever you want, and love who ever you admire... but just make sure to open your door for your friends... and sometime take a break by going to their world... see how they live... and learn... how you should build your world... so others wont hate yours...

When Louis says the world is flattening... i dont think so... its still round... there is no edges or walls to restrict the fact that... everything is linked... like small particles... trying to make into something big enough to be seen...

The world is called a world because there is a person living in it. And there are billions of world out there... each trying to build something inside theirs... maybe a house, a car, a bank, a gf or even a dog.... AND no one can think the same you are... the type of house, materials used, size, furniture, colour, number of rooms, windows, door, kitchen...... there will always be something that is DIFFERENT...

I am living in a world of mine, still renovating....

寂寞是在想加入别人聚会时的感受

过了近两个月没在这里埋怨的大白痴，终于又要埋怨了。

就算没人会理解。

第一次有人说我emo时的感受，我好像还记得一点。好像是满愉快的体会，毕竟终于找到了一个性格，一个别人会对我有印象的性格吧。第一次有人骂我emo bastard 时，似乎开始对emo这个性格转变了想法，立刻觉得很纳闷，因为emo不再是性格，而是人用来批评你，取笑你，埋怨你的一个代号罢了。当然，emo的人到处都是，他们的emo也深刻的多。但是对我来说要找到一个性格，一直都很难。

这个问题在我回来之后，一直觉得很熟悉。我的回答也一直没有改变过。。只有那短短的OK lor。

十四天在越南的日子，大致上很okay，但是一点都不愉快。第一天就闯了大祸，不见了学校相机的配件，第二天开始，就开始被人批评拍照的能力，也开始感受到有朋友和没有朋友的明显差距。当要拍别人时，他们的回复都是很坚强反对的，就算是叫我去拍更多照片的人，也跟我翻白眼，叫我走开。观察了其他人类，得知这一群人，在其他照相机前都显得非常配合，动作非常爽快。第七天时，因为想配合身边人的那种“疯掉”的气氛，在墙上画了几个卡通人物，后来却被批评我在恶作剧。第十一天，我终于对别人给我的话语开始做了立即分析，发现他们和我的对话没有一个是亲切的。就算在回来后，给他们看我做的照片影像时，也没有人体会到我原来的用意。

学校露营，每人回家高高兴兴，认识了很多朋友，也有很多疯狂时刻的记忆在脑子里回响着。但是为我却没有，每个人都说是我在emo，但是错了！这不是我原本的意思，他们因为不明白，所以我没想解释，因为对我来说，实在太痛了。

就像我在分享时刻说过的一样，有时候该解释就解释，不能解释就尽量吞下去。

我不能解释，不能。但是我可以在这里说：“请不要跟我说EMO这个字”

因为听到太多次“Darren，Dont emo”
我开始对darren这个名字反胃，觉得emo这个字更恶心。

但我发言自身感受时，却被看作是我很stress。

所以“Hey Hello，我还能继续说下去吗？”
